What will you do?

  • Full (online) operational support of the Sales team

  • Setting up and coordinating our products with new and existing customers

  • Guiding the onboarding procedure for new customers

  • Conducting and coordinating the necessary communication between the Sales team and Customer Success team

  • Proactively informing the Sales and Customer Success teams about issues or opportunities with customers
