As Customer Success Manager (DACH), you'll work from our office in the heart of Leuven (Belgium) and be the go-to contact for our German-speaking clients in the DACH region.

What will you do?

• Full (online) operational support for the Sales team

• Setting up and coordinating our products for new and existing clients

• Managing the onboarding process for new clients smoothly

• Handling and coordinating the necessary communication between the Sales team and Customer Success team

• Proactively informing the Sales and Customer Success teams about client issues or opportunities

What do we expect from you?

• Crucial is your mindset as a self-starter and driven worker who always puts the client first, with the will to keep learning every day.

• German is a must: you communicate fluently and professionally in German (you serve the DACH market), complemented by a strong command of English.

• You're a team player and know how to set clear boundaries.

• You're stress-resistant and can handle confidential information.

• You're consistently optimistic and have a 'getting things done' mentality.

• You think ahead and anticipate problems – and if they do arise, you tackle them smoothly and efficiently.

• An administrative and organisational talent!
