Job description

Phished helps organisations reduce human cyber risk: we combine AI-driven security awareness training with Zero-Trust email and browser protection. More than 6,500 organisations, 250 partners and 2 million users work with our platform.

Our audience consists of CISOs, IT managers and risk & compliance leads. These are people who see straight through marketing speak every day. They don't read content because it looks good — they read it because it explains something they didn't already know, or confirms something they need to sell internally.

Our marketing team works AI-first. We've built our own AI workflows for research, drafting and quality control, and we use them every day. For us this isn't an experiment: it's how we publish internationally. So you shouldn't just be able to work with them — you'll want to improve them yourself.

As a member of the marketing team, you'll work closely with our CEO and our SEO/GEO specialist to shape and tell Phished's story. Topics and angles emerge from that collaboration.

Your responsibilities:

  • Create in-depth content. Blogs, guides, comparison pages, customer cases and sales collateral.

  • Work with and on our AI workflows. You use our existing AI workflows for research, first drafts and repurposing. You sharpen them where they fall short, you notice when output is generic or factually wrong, and you correct course. Final accountability for quality, tone and accuracy always rests with you — never with the model.

  • Be visible in search and in AI. You create content that ranks in search results and gets cited by LLMs. You'll work with our SEO/GEO specialist on this.

  • One story, multiple formats. You turn what you write into newsletters, LinkedIn posts, sales material and video scripts. For videos, podcasts and webinars you direct the process and the content. Shooting or editing them yourself isn't required, but experience with that kind of production is a big plus.

  • Measure and adjust. You track what your content delivers in traffic, visibility and leads, and use those numbers to sharpen your content planning. You'll work with our performance marketer on this.

Job requirements

Must-haves:

  • At least two years of experience with B2B content.

  • You already work with AI in your content process today: not occasionally for an idea, but as a fixed part of research, drafting and rewriting. You can explain concretely which tools you use, what for, and where you deliberately don't use them.

  • You write fluently and sharply in English. Dutch is a strong plus.

  • You can explain a complex technical topic to someone who makes decisions about it, without dumbing it down.

  • Working knowledge of SEO and GEO: you understand how search engines and AI engines select and cite sources, and you write accordingly.

  • Genuine interest in cybersecurity. You don't need a security background, but you do need the willingness to dig into it.

  • You work independently and in a structured way, plan your own work and deliver without anyone having to chase you.

  • A bachelor's degree in communication, marketing or a similar field, or equivalent experience.

What do you get in return?

  • An AI stack that's already in place: you join a team that has built its own AI workflows for content, translation, review and reporting. You don't have to start from scratch, and you get the room to build on it yourself.

  • Ownership: you help decide what we write about, not just how.

  • Access to the experts: a direct line to our CEO and security specialists for the substance of your content.

  • A Flex Income Plan: put together your own package of extralegal benefits around what matters to you.

  • Growth opportunities: grow fast within an ambitious, fast-growing scale-up.

  • Hybrid working: flexible options that suit how you work best.

  • An inspiring workplace: an office in Leuven, within walking distance of the station, and a team that celebrates wins together.
