Are you analytically strong, highly organized, and ready to take on a key role in a fast-growing scale-up? Have you gained your first professional experience and are you eager to learn firsthand how to help steer teams, processes, and growth? Then this role might be for you.

As a Chief of Staff / COO Associate, you will work closely with our COO and support the coordination and structuring of teams within a rapidly growing organization. You will help define priorities, follow up on projects, and ensure smooth and efficient collaboration across teams.

You will be close to the business, quickly take on significant responsibility, and gain unique insight into how a scale-up operates and grows.

What you will do

  • Support the COO in the day-to-day coordination of teams and projects

  • Help bring structure to operational processes and identify improvement opportunities

  • Support team leads in follow-up, planning, and priority management

  • Conduct analyses and provide insights to support decision-making

  • Help drive cross-functional projects from idea to execution

  • Contribute to strengthening internal communication and collaboration across teams

  • Ensure that strategic priorities are effectively translated into concrete actions

Job requirements

Who we are looking for
We are looking for someone with initial relevant work experience, who is ambitious and energized by taking on responsibility in a dynamic environment.

You recognize yourself in the following:

  • You have 1 to 4 years of professional experience

  • You preferably hold a Master’s degree, ideally from a business school

  • Experience in a scale-up is a strong plus

  • Experience in consulting, operations, business analysis, or project management is a plus

  • You are strong in structuring, planning, and maintaining oversight

  • You enjoy working collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders

  • You are analytical, hands-on, and not afraid to take initiative

  • You communicate clearly and professionally

  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment where not everything is fully defined
