Your responsibilities:

As a Partnership Manager DACH, you’ll be responsible for identifying new partners to expand the Phished ecosystem in the DACH region, while also maintaining relationships with our current partners.

  • You support our partners in their sales approach and guide them in their communication with clients.

  • You provide training sessions so that our partners gain in-depth knowledge of our platform.

  • You offer strategic support and assist in the commercialization of the Phished platform.

  • You’re an ambassador in a dual role: as a representative of Phished, you go the extra mile, while also being the internal voice of our partners, advocating for their needs and interests.

Job requirements

What do we expect from you?

Your entrepreneurial mindset and driven motivation, with a customer-first attitude and eagerness to keep learning, are of paramount importance.

  • You are fluent in German and English.

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B solution selling or SaaS is a must-have.

  • You quickly build strong, trustworthy relationships and are comfortable working across various industries – your communication skills are excellent.

  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus.

  • You are a team player who knows how to set clear boundaries.

  • You are resilient under pressure.

  • You have a 'getting things done' mentality.

  • You are able to manage your schedule and priorities effectively.

  • You have a strong personality with a solution- and customer-oriented mindset.
