Job description
Preparing and following up quotes and contracts both within the company and towards the customer
Full (online) operational support for the Sales and Customer Success team
Coordinating the follow-up of our products with new and existing customers
Managing the set-up procedure for new customers
Accurate administrative processing of incoming contracts and coordinating their internal implementation
Coordinating and managing the necessary communication between the Sales team, Customer Success team, Help Centre and other departments.
Proactively informing the Sales and Customer Success teams of customer problems or opportunities
Job requirements

Terms such as DKIM, SPF and DMARC feature prominently in your vocabulary
You can express yourself fluently in Dutch, French and English
