Through a unique, fully automated training platform, employees are trained to recognize real cyberattacks and respond to them in the correct way. Your responsibilities:
You manage the entire recruitment process: from writing job descriptions to conducting initial interviews and making selections.
You actively search for talent through sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, and your own network.
You are the first point of contact for candidates and ensure smooth, transparent communication.
You conduct initial screenings with both national and international candidates – switching fluently between Dutch and English comes naturally to you.
You work closely with external recruitment partners and oversee the process from start to finish.
You take full ownership of the recruitment process and continuously optimise it.
You are a true ambassador of our culture and values, and you know how to convey them in every interaction.
Job requirements
What do we expect from you?
You have experience in recruitment, both in-house and through external partners.
You get energy from finding talent and don’t give up until the right match is made.
You are a strong communicator, critical thinker, and results-oriented.
You work in a structured way and keep an overview, even when things get busy.
You speak fluent Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is a plus.
You have an affinity with technology and/or SaaS environments.
You take initiative, think along, and think ahead.
