What will you do?

We’re looking for a Content Executive to help drive the continuous growth of the Phished Academy and support its ongoing international expansion. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate editing and strategic deployment of content across our platforms.

• Editing content: Before anything gets published, you perform thorough final editing. You ensure consistency within each training and across all languages. You also meticulously check layout and visual elements. With your keen eye for detail, nothing escapes your attention.

• Uploading content: You are responsible for ensuring that content from our copywriters is made available on the platform in a correct and consistent manner. You maintain a critical eye and are not afraid to conduct in-depth quality checks.

• Translating content: Alongside the Content Manager, you oversee the multilingual development of the Phished Academy. You ensure that new languages are properly launched, maintained, and tested. This involves close communication with our team of native language checkers.

• Managing internal and external feedback: You make sure feedback from content testers and native checkers is properly implemented. When needed, you discuss the best solutions with the team to ensure quality.

• Publishing visual assets: You understand the importance of visuals in the Phished Academy and make sure they are used effectively. You have a strong visual sense and can easily identify ways to improve assets. You're also comfortable producing or coordinating visual content yourself.

What do we expect from you?

As a Content Executive, you’ll work daily with Phished Academy content, helping us raise the bar every time. We’re looking for someone who is passionate, well-organized, and proactive.

• Organized: You work in a structured way and use the tools provided to maintain an overview and track progress.

• Focused and critical: You’re not intimidated by tasks that require deep focus, and you enjoy diving into projects.

• Detail-oriented: No mistake escapes you. You easily spot typos or layout inconsistencies in text.

• Visually strong: You enjoy working with images as well as text, and you understand what makes visual content effective. You assess visuals quickly and confidently. Experience with tools like Figma, Synthesia, and Premiere is a plus.

• Proactive and team-oriented: You take initiative, think ahead, and enjoy working collaboratively toward shared goals. You actively seek ways to prevent future errors and improve team workflows.

• Flexible and adaptable: You thrive in a dynamic scale-up environment where you can pivot quickly and embrace change. You see new challenges as opportunities to grow.

• Digitally minded with a focus on AI and efficiency: You’re constantly looking for smarter, more efficient ways to work, love experimenting with AI tools, and bring suggestions for integrating them into team processes.

• Fluent in Dutch and English: You write clearly and flawlessly in both languages and communicate professionally. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
