    Phished is a fast-growing tech scale-up that helps organisations improve their cybersecurity. Our unique, fully automated training platform trains employees to recognise real cyberattacks and respond to them the right way. That’s how we create impact for both employees and organisations.

    As Chief People Officer, you build Phished’s people organisation for our next growth phase. You report to the COO, sit on the management team and work with the COO to set up the automation the People team needs.

    You translate our business strategy into a people strategy: who we attract, how we grow and how we work together across countries. This is not an ivory-tower role. You help shape strategy, but above all you roll up your sleeves: you hold the conversations, write the processes and solve people questions yourself.

    What will you do?

    • Turn our growth plans into a concrete people plan and execute it yourself.

    • Take part in recruitment hands-on: from vacancy and sourcing to interviews and onboarding.

    • Organise initiatives that make our culture tangible, also during fast growth.

    • Set up performance, feedback and career processes and make sure they’re used every day.

    • Handle difficult cases with the right legal knowledge, from conflicts to exit conversations.

    • Select and implement HR tools and keep contracts and compliance in order across several countries.

    • Automate HR administration as much as possible.

    Job requirements

    What we expect from you

    • 5-10 years of HR experience, including several years in a leading people role.

    • You’ve built a people organisation in a fast-growing tech or SaaS environment.

    • Experience with international teams and employment law in several countries.

    • A builder and a doer: you set up processes and tools and run them yourself.

    • A convincing sparring partner for the COO and the management team.

    • Fluent spoken and written Dutch and English.

    Nice to have

    • Knowledge of Belgian, French and/or UK employment law.

    • Hands-on experience with HR automation and AI tools.

    • Good command of French.
