To further accelerate our growth, we are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Director Benelux Partnerships to lead our strategic collaborations and partner network.

What will you do?
As Sales Director Benelux Partnerships, you will lead the partner program and ensure the success of our collaborations in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg. Your responsibilities include:
Developing strategic vision: Define and implement a future-proof partnership strategy that contributes to Phished's growth.
Leading a top team: Build and coach a large team of Partnership Managers across multiple countries.
Managing partner relationships: Support major partners with your team.
Optimizing processes: Streamline and improve our sales and reporting processes.
Performance-driven leadership: Set monthly goals for your team, closely monitor KPIs, and report results to the CEO.
Collaborating with other teams: Work closely with marketing, operations, and product development to achieve our shared goals.
Data-driven reporting: Analyze results and report performance directly to the CEO.
Managing and developing collaterals: Write and update demo and scoping scripts, fully aligned with our strategies, products, and brand identity.
Job requirements
What do you bring?
At least 5 years of experience in sales management within a B2B environment, preferably with international teams.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and leading large teams (25+ employees).
Experience in solution selling, preferably in IT or SaaS.
Data-driven mindset and experience with CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Dutch, French, and English.
Proactive and dynamic personality with a solution-oriented approach.
Strong affinity for new technologies and a passion for innovation.
