    In just five years, we've grown from an ambitious start-up to the fastest-growing Cybersecurity Awareness Platform in the world. Today, we protect over 1.5 million users across 5,000 organizations worldwide.

    Our office in Leuven is home not only to Phished, but also to our sister companies Bringme, Erzberg, and Astro — together around 100 users relying on our shared IT environment every day. Our small but effective ICT team looks after the full infrastructure and support for these four companies, from cloud to on-prem.

    Your responsibilities

    • Run the full onboarding flow: set up and configure new PCs, install applications, maintain the asset list, and prepare ID badges.

    • Handle offboarding tasks; initially without full admin permissions, working in close coordination with the team.

    • Carry out access reviews (who has access to what, and whether it's still justified).

    • Carry out workstation reviews (device status, compliance, general hygiene).

    • Clean up old inventory: wipe laptops, remove them from all systems, document, and get sign-off.

    • Pick up ad hoc tasks coming in via tickets.

    • Help keep our IT documentation up to date.

    What do we expect from you?

    Human skills

    • You're curious, eager to learn, and not afraid to ask questions.

    • You think in solutions and communicate clearly, even when you don't know the answer yet.

    • You work in a structured, reliable way, even with repetitive tasks.

    • You're flexible and adapt easily to a fast-changing scale-up environment.

    • You have an interest in IT and cybersecurity.

    Technical skills

    • You're studying IT, Applied Computer Science, Electronics-ICT, or similar.

    • You have a basic understanding of Windows and Microsoft 365.

    • You're fluent in Dutch and English (our international colleagues speak English).

    Bonus points

    • Some exposure to Entra ID/Azure AD or Active Directory.

    • Interest in automation and AI tools (n8n, LLMs).

    • Experience with a ticketing system such as Zendesk.

    • Affinity with scripting (PowerShell, Python).
