What will you do?

We are looking for a Content Executive to help support the continuous growth of the Phished Academy and the ongoing need for internationalisation. The right candidate will ensure the proper use of our content across different channels.

• Uploading content: You’ll make sure that the copy produced by our copywriters is made available on the platform in a correct and consistent way. You’ll always maintain a critical eye and aren’t afraid of conducting thorough quality checks.

• Translating content: Together with the Content Manager, you’ll oversee the different language versions of the Phished Academy. You’ll ensure that a new language is approached, implemented and tested in the right way. This includes close communication with our team of native checkers.

• Processing internal and external feedback: You’ll ensure that feedback from both content testers and native checkers is carefully handled and implemented. When necessary, you’ll coordinate with the team to find the best solution.

• Publishing visual assets: You understand the importance of visual elements within the Phished Academy and ensure that they are used appropriately.

• Flexible and adaptable: You thrive in a dynamic scale-up environment, where switching gears quickly is part of the game, and you easily adapt to changes. You see new challenges as learning opportunities.

• Digital mindset with a focus on AI and efficiency: You continuously seek smarter, more efficient ways of working, enjoy experimenting with AI tools, and propose ways to integrate them into the team’s workflows.

• Fluent in Dutch and English: You write clearly and accurately in both languages, and you communicate smoothly and professionally. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
