Your Responsibilities

As a Business Development Manager, you will represent Phished in France. You will combine outbound and inbound prospecting activities (50/50) to generate new opportunities and expand the market. Specifically, you will:

  • Acquire New Customers: Identify, approach, and close deals with companies in France.

  • Develop the Market: Create strategies to strengthen our presence in the French market.

  • Build Strong Customer Relationships: Establish long-term partnerships with clients ranging from SMEs to large enterprises.

  • Coordinate Implementations: Ensure smooth onboarding for new customers.

  • Manage the Pipeline: Report progress accurately and forecast revenue effectively.

  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to achieve results.

Job requirements

What do we expect from you?

  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in business development, preferably in SaaS.

  • Sales Skills: Experience in Solution Selling; IT security experience is a plus.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly.

  • Autonomy: Proactive and results-oriented; you thrive in a remote working environment.

  • Languages: Native French (or equivalent level) and a good command of English.
